Well in conjunction with my last journal entry, ~ca-pris personal website has been taken down. As stated on her website page now;

"However. Since we have found the work, and posted the infringements on the various creative forums, many more artists claim their images there, and we are now considdering legal group action (possible in conjunction with the sites these images were stolen from - we identified these sites by the badly cloned out logos still present on some of the brushes)
The violations have also been found on the artists pages on deviant art, and according to downloads there, we have lost thousands of dollars each in sales. The brush sets downloads are currently listed as over 150,000 downloads which means a cost of at least $45,000 per image used. (as a side note, the image in the header/logo belongs to ABC network from the promotion of the series "Lost" and they have been notified also)

The site lists Fan-arts as the host, and we require an immediate takedown of the entire site (we allready have all the screengrabs we need to prosecute) as well as furnish us with all relevant details of the owner. Also, we require that you publish a notice on the fan-arts.net website as to why papersweets was removed (to discourage further copyright violations by fan-arts members) If the site is not down within the next 12 hours, we will request a take down of the base domain (fan-arts.net) from PSI-USA."

This quote has been posted all over stock and art forums all over the net now and more and more artists have found their images to be stolen...
